VESSEL TRACKING

Time-Based tracking means vessels or ships send their position report after a specific time interval.

For example, A vessel or ship is set on 4 APR (Automatic Position Report) per day. An APR is sent after every 6 hours to the shipowner, ship management, CSO, Charterers, or at any contact (email or SMS) configured. The vessel sends APR after different distances traveled depending on Vessel speed. The position report contains additional information like 5 well-known nearest ports, Astronomical Calculations, and Weather.
